Your step to new life

Jesus Christ calls:

​

"Come follow me!"

​

​

​

God, the Creator of all things, promises you eternal life through faith in his son Jesus Christ

and thus a future in his coming kingdom

of peace on earth.

​

As the precondition, to receive Eternal Life

God offers you here and today,

to be reconciled with him.

​

If you are determined to take this step

with a sincere heart, say:

"I confess and believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who

died for my sins on the cross

and rose from the dead."

​​

​

"I confess to you, God,

all my sins and I turn away

from them decisively."

 

​

"I want to follow you, Lord Jesus,

and from now on I want to live according to Your commandments."

 

 

 

"Amen."

Today your new life as a born-again child of God and a sharer in eternal life has begun. With your decision and your confession your sins are forgiven

by Jesus Christ.

​

Now go and be baptized in water in

the name of Jesus and serve the Lord

in the rest of the world as his disciple

and part of his church.

​

Read the Bible, especially the New Testament,

and live by it.

​

Share your hope with other people so that they too can become children of God and have eternal life through faith in Jesus.

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a

new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new."

(The Bible: 2nd Corinthians chapter 5, Verse 17)
