God's good news
for humanity
After man turned away from his creator and went his own way, he brought suffering and death upon himself and the earth, from which
the whole world suffers to this day.
But God promises peace and salvation to all people holds out the prospect
of an end to all misery for us.
For this purpose God chose a man to be the savior whose coming he prophesied
a long time ago and which he revealed
to mankind about 2000 years ago.
God confirmed him as the promised Savior through all sorts of supernatural signs and wonders and by raising him from the dead.
This God-promised Savior
and the hope of all people is:
JESUS
CHRIST
"For God so loved the world
that he gave his begotten Son,
that whoever believes in him shall
not perish but have eternal life."
(The Bible: John Chap. 3, verse 16)
God's gift to man is
Eternal life
an immortal life in a future world
in which there will be no more war or disease or injustice. A world, where every man can live in peace forever and where no one will ever have to suffer or to die.
God gives this life to all people who believe in Jesus and
turn to God.
God raised Jesus from the dead
and took him into heaven, where he is enthroned at the right hand of god.
Besides, God has appointed a day when
HE will judge all people - the living
and the dead - through Jesus Christ
and rid the earth of all godlessness.
To be saved God offers all people
the opportunity of repentance
and the forgiveness of sins through faith in Jesus.
Jesus will come again to establish God's eternal kingdom of peace on earth and to raise all who accept God's salvation to Eternal life and to redeem them forever from suffering and death.
This is the gospel
God's good news for all of humanity
God's call to salvation applies
to all people in the world.
At the same time, this unique hope confronts us with the most
important decision of our life.
For this we implore all people
in the Name of Jesus Christ:
Repent and
Be reconciled
TO GOD!
"For I know the plans I have
for you, declares the Lord,
plans to prosper you and not
to harm you, plans to give
you hope and a future."
(The Bible: Jeremiah chap. 29, Verse 11)
